The Coaching and Flight School Committee serves as a vital support system for our coaching staff, facilitating the development of comprehensive practice plans and providing guidance in preparing our novice skaters for roller derby. Central to its responsibilities is ensuring the presence of a designated coach and a dedicated flight school coach in each practice session.
