Practice Plan 1
- Standard warmup
- Lanes: lateral movement between lanes 1, 2, 3, 4 as someone calls out numbers)
- Lightning drill: plow stop on first red line, turn around toestop return , plow on 2nd red line, etc
- Relay: do with partners if too crowded
Backwards, slalom, hopping, grapevine, 360s, One foot
(2nd time through, start on belly or one knee)
- Partner plow: Both facing forward, push on partner's hips as they try to plow stop
Now face each other, forward facing person braces on backwards person's shoulders with stiff arms. Backwards person tries to stop by using backwards plow or alternating foot stomps (NO TOES)

- Standard warmup
- Lightning drill: stops 4x plow on red lines, turn around toe when returning
relay (x2):
backwards, hopping, slalom, one good, grapevine, 360
- Second time through, start on belly or knee
- partner plow:
#1 both face forward, back partner pushes while front partner plows
#2 face each other, back partner pushed front partner with stiff arms, hands and shoulders. Front partner plows/monster stomps (no toes)
Scenarios/Contact:
- groups of 3 = 2 blockers stay in flat wall, jammer pushes on seams (no juking)
2nd round, blockers can brace/flip, but jammer can also juke this round

- secret split
- fire house
- suck back
- teams make a plan with their jammer
Practice Plan 3
Relay warmup: backwards/lateral hops/lateral slides/360/slalom
2nd round start on knee or belly
Edge work: Russian circles
D cuts on your own
D cuts with a partner: back person Dcuts around front person to end up in front and facing forward. Back person MUST push for this to work. Avoid stop blocks/clockwise blocks
Partner plow: person in front start facing forward, then block sideways for count of 3, then facing partner for 3, then face forward again. NO TOESTOPS, EDGES ONLY
